Publisher and scope
OptimaFlow AI publishes this website at https://optimaflowai.com. Use the contact form to reach the publisher about privacy, access, or deletion requests. The publisher can add further public business details when available.
Information you choose to submit
The contact form requests your name, email address, subject, and message. It sends them to the publisher’s configured contact mailbox to handle your enquiry and reply. Do not submit sensitive information. Mail systems and hosting providers may process delivery metadata.
This build does not add a contact-message database plugin. Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and email delivery logs under the publisher’s and service providers’ retention settings. No fixed deletion period is promised here. Contact the publisher to request deletion where applicable.
Planning-tool inputs
The calculators, starting-point finder, and prompt-brief builder run in your browser. Their code does not transmit your entered values to an AI API, save them in a site database, or persist them in browser storage. Copying a generated brief uses your browser’s clipboard permission.
Technical information and storage
Hosting, security, and ordinary web requests may produce server logs containing an IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL. The hosting provider’s configuration controls retention. WordPress uses essential cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in.
The custom storage notice saves your chosen preference and its timestamp in local storage on your device. See the cookie policy. No advertising or analytics tracking code was added by this launch.
External links and embedded services
Links to product documentation and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Launch cover images are hosted on this website. We have not added third-party video embeds or external font requests to the custom page layouts.
Advertising and future changes
If advertising, analytics, or other third-party services are enabled later, this page and the storage controls must be updated to explain the actual providers and choices before they are used. Google advertising can use cookies or similar identifiers; applicable consent requirements must be met. This launch is not a claim that an advertising consent platform is already configured.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local storage through your browser and reopen the storage notice using the footer link. You can choose not to use the contact form. For requests about submitted information, contact the publisher with enough information to identify the message, but do not send identity documents through the form unless a suitable secure method is arranged.

Use appropriate caution when sharing information online. No system can guarantee complete security. This policy should be reviewed when the site adds services or changes how it processes information.
